Your First Visit

Doctor Montileaux giving a patient a dental exam

You can expect your new patient appointment to take about an hour. When you walk through our front doors, you’ll be greeted warmly by one of our team members. We’ll take you on a tour of our office, and finally, we’ll carefully examine your smile, capture diagnostic X-rays, and complete a thorough screening. Before you leave, Dr. Young or Dr. Montileaux will review any concerns they’ve discovered and partner with you to create a personalized treatment plan. In most cases, you’ll be scheduled for a hygiene (cleaning) appointment at a later date. Performing the initial exam and hygiene at different visits allows us to be more comprehensive, leading to a more effective and predictable care experience.

Dental Insurance

We accept and file most dental insurance plans. Young Dental is proud to be an in-network provider with Delta Dental Premier.

We also process and maximize benefits for most insurance carriers. Our team works exceptionally hard to ensure that your plan is used to the fullest extent. And we take these matters especially to heart. We never want you to feel as though your dental insurance claim is a battle that you must fight on your own. We are your advocate, and we make the process seamless, simple, and convenient. Best of all, you'll never be surprised, as our team files pre-authorizations before any treatment so you are aware of the cost before any work begins. If you have questions about your dental health benefits, please call us.
