Dr. Moreno has been practicing dentistry in Bellingham since October 1995. A graduate of Georgetown University's dental school, Dr. Moreno spent five years in the Army Dental Corp before entering private practice. He has the heart of a perfectionist and attention to detail is a dominant personality trait.
Dr. Moreno is a member of the Mount Baker District Dental Society, and he has been a member of the American Dental Association since 1986. Dr. Moreno and his wife Kathy have three grown sons. Dr. Moreno enjoys his spare time umpiring at little league baseball games and officiating local high school basketball.
